The Business Development Manager will work to help the growth adoption of HiPay products in Italy.
This position is based in Milan with the possibility of 2 days of remote working and reports to the GM of Italy.
The BD Manager will be responsible for generating new sales, resulting in transaction volume for the company.
In this context, these are your missions:
- Sell Hipay Enterprise Solutions to Italian, large and internationally operating, corporations
- Exceed yearly goal of TRX volume, turnover and margin assigned
- Identify and source new and in target prospect opportunities
- Build relationships with relevant external stakeholders
- Lead complex meetings and negotiation with C level executives
- Manage and report on the on-going health of each relationship
- Accompany the merchant at the go live closely working with all the internal meeting following the correct procedures
**YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF.

- You are results orientated, you have a strong personality with hard commercial skills
- Flexible, informal and professional you also have elegant communication skills
- You have a real knowledge and interest of the fintech word and payment ecosystem
- You have minimum 3+ years of working experience with entrepreneurial mindset and complex sales capability
- You have experience and proficiency in building relationships with senior level decision makers
**RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- First interview with the Senior Head of Italy
- Second round with a Talent Manager - based is France
**LOCALISATION
Our office is in Milan.
**SALARY
The salary for this position depends on your profile + lunch tickets + laptop + smartphone with internet access.
