Business Development Manager - Lombardy
Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Milan market
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and present marketing strategies and proposals to clients, using data and insights to inform decision-making
- Work collaboratively with global teams to deliver successful campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports for clients, highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide thought leadership to the agency's clients and internal teams
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development in the marketing and advertising industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience in creating and delivering effective marketing strategies to support business objectives
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
