Job Description We are now looking for a: Business Development Manager Our Business Development team, part of Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Advisory, is a forward-looking professional who works closely with our business platforms consisting of 9 Partners, an Execution Team, and several External Senior Advisors to establish a pipeline of opportunities for expansion through new transactions. Professionals in this role create new business opportunities and potential contracts. They promote the M&A capabilities of CDI Global, representing our business to industry players and potential customers and partners. The new colleague will look for potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures opportunities and help structure new business transactions, working closely with our Partners and analysts. We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates, able to recognize what affects supply and demand and the impact of our customers and partners' decisions. The new colleague should be very analytical and able to determine the real potential of new assets and partnerships for the business, with a strategic mind capable of thinking long-term and planning for new opportunities. He/She will attend business events and visit fairs & exhibitions to establish new contacts with Company CEOs and Shareholders. Technical skills are necessary to evaluate investment opportunities and value target companies and assets, along with a personal selling attitude to be a reliable counterpart to CEOs, Shareholders, and Company Consultants.
