Business Development Manager Nautical Division
Profile**:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with at least 1/2 years of experience in sales roles in companies that are operating in the nautical sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- Market share growth;
- Responsible to identify key designers and developers working in the nautical sector;
- Responsible to define customer plans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price);
- Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performance of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director;
- Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D;
- Dealing with back office team of the HQ in order to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.
**Skills**:
- Based in Italy;
- Available for frequent business travels in Italy or abroad (around 80% on field);
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Decision-making ability also under pressure;
- High results and target oriented;
- Excellent presentation & communication skills;
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Italian and English (C1)
