We offer an exciting opportunity to develop as Business Development Manager for Italy, in a market leading organization within the Cobot industry.
We are looking for a person with a proven track record in complex sales and a great focus on results.
You will have the responsibility for the strategical and commercial development of OEM and High Potential Accounts, working together with your peers active in other sales channels.
You have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand the customers organizational setting, along with a strategic view and understanding of manufacturing processes - these are key success factors in this role.
Throughout your workdays there will be exciting interactions in dynamic environments with your customers, your co-workers, various UR partners and other important stakeholders.
**Aim for success with a great team
As Business Development Manager OEM and High Potential Accounts in Italy, you will be reporting on a regular basis to the Country Manager, Italy, and interacting with your colleagues in the sales team.
You will predominantly be working from your home office (preferably Northern Italy) or out of the office in Torino, with frequent visits to customers/prospects nationwide and you and your passionate colleagues will be a part of the Italian team of the SEMEA Region.
**The specifics of the role
Key to the role is leading the creation and expansion of new Cobot markets in Italy through OEM and High Potential Accounts, as is driving KPI's and action plans to reach annual targets and develop measures to stay on track. It is also required to conduct the training, developing, motivation and support of this type of customers, whilst managing them by regular meetings consisting of funnel management, punctual forecasting on CRM and creation of actions plans.
You will have plenty of chance to travel nationwide.
Other everyday responsibilities include:
- Proactively look for own accounts
- Canvass, initiate, qualify sales leads and follow through to ensure a solid sales funnel
- Involve UR colleagues and Partners at the right time to maximize cooperation and results
- Closely monitor account development, punctually reporting status and future steps on CRM
- Report to Country manager to strategically position UR in the market and create brand awareness via positive visibility in the market
**What we imagine you need to succeed
The ability to show a consistent, successful track record of domestic B2B sales development with High Potential Accounts and OEMs and funnel management.
You have experience with structured sales, plans, budgets, pipeline management, marketing and people management in sales.
Further you have:
- Great cross-cultural communication in all situations is a must, and so is it that you deeply understand value proposition and TCO perspective in sales
- Engineering degree and high proficiency in English, apart from Italian
- Experience in industrial automation, solution/ project sales, complex sales involving technical products
