What Will You Do:Drive new customer acquisition with a "hunter" approach to expand our market presenceManage significant deal volume and target account pipelinesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunitiesRespond to inbound lead generation, leverage sales experience and skills to close new accountsLeverage knowledge of Personal Care industry and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers, cultivating relationships with key stakeholdersConduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitorsProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making, and to reflect appropriate management of the territory and sales pipelineCollaborate with internal stakeholders to win new businessTransition customers to account management team responsible for post-sales supportActively participate in strategic industry seminars, trade shows and conferences to establish new contacts, generate leads and stay informed about Personal Care industry developmentsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science) or related field6+ years successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approachIdeally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care is a plus)Willingness to travel in the assigned region (Italy)Strong interpersonal, intercultural & relationship skillsAnalytical skills combined with an inquisitive nature, strong learning agility, and a proactive hands-on approachProject management, organizational and planning skillsAbility to call throughout an entire organization up to executive levelWhat's in it For You:Paid training program that includes job shadowing, e-learning modules, structured field activities, and customized classroom style training, allowing you to learn from subject matter experts with proven successA competitive salary and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
