**Now we are looking for a** Business Development Manager (Project Logistics)** in our office in Bergamo!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attraction of **new clients** and sales of **Project Logistics **services;

- **Project approach **and desire to develop new business opportunities for AsstrA;

- Recognizing **customer needs** and building up the relationships;

- Conducting **business negotiations**;

- Preparation and submission of **commercial offers**;

- Providing the **relevant expert knowledge** across solutions and project logistics industry;

- Using CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales;

- Achieving and **exceeding sales targets.

REQUEREMENTS:

- Extensive experience in **Project Logistics Sales;**:

- Proven knowledge freight forwarding industry (min.

3 years);

- Deep knowledge of **Project Logistics **transportation;

- **Adultness in selling, assertiveness, ** proven competences in relations building;

- Excellent knowledge of **English and Italian**;

- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;

- Proactivity and responsibility;

- Good team-working competences.
