Business Development Manager (South Italy) Hanwha Vision Europe Roma 00118 - 17 ore fa appcast. io Key Responsibilities: Form close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
Achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix through strategic and active analysis of market opportunities.
Conduct short and medium-term sales planning regularly, liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information.
Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), responsible for sales revenue generated through assigned Partners.
Support Strategic Sales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned region within defined Strategic Vertical Markets.
Areas of responsibility include: End user consultations Consultants and specifiers Liaising with major System integrators at senior level Keeping actual customer base updated with product information Increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing active customers Creating a project pipeline with new customers Reporting on a weekly basis on sales and project progress Conducting existing customer audit analysis Product and market segmentation, positioning, and targeting Providing input for marketing plans for new product launches and customer events Focusing on product/channel/customer margin Ensuring accuracy of forecasting Achieving all budgets and targets Requirements: A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
Extensive experience with CCTV and associated technologies, or a similar market segment.
Ability to work independently in understanding customer needs and creating professional commercial proposals.
Knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers within the electronic security market.
Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential.
Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems.
Business or Technical Degree Level Education is advantageous.
Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills including Excel.
Desire to positively impact the market and brand recognition.
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal Directors/colleagues and key clients.
Demonstrated independent thinking and good judgment.
Ability to motivate teams to achieve targets.
Team player with success in team situations.
Logical and well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive approach and a 'solution finder'.
Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
Project Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
English Language essential plus at least the local European language.
Clean Driving License.
Location: This is a field-based role, ideally for candidates living in the Milan area or the South region.
The role involves extensive travel within Italy, specifically in the assigned area in South Italy, with occasional travel outside of Italy.
