Role of strategic importance for the companyLeading company with global visibilityAzienda Spanish multinational company focused on sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy, with headquarters in Madrid. It specializes in developing and managing wind, solar, hydro, and biomass energy projects globally, along with infrastructure, roads, bridges, and water treatment systems.

Offerta Develop and maintain relations with relevant bodies such as local governments, environmental offices, or other authorities and stakeholders important for the development process.

Identify market opportunities, understand the needs of potential customers, and translate them into viable projects for both the business line and its customers.

Provide differential solutions to the needs of each client/project.

Prepare offers and participate in negotiations.

Manage environmental studies, reports, and the permitting process, ensuring quality assurance of developed documents.

Present proposals to potential clients/authorities and refine requirements, considering the impact of these adjustments on the business line.

Negotiate with clients/authorities of the projects and their respective economic proposals, ensuring their viability.

Maintain contact with clients/authorities during project execution, following up on pending issues to maintain good relations and uphold the company's image.

Apply for, follow up on, and obtain all necessary authorizations from the administration, leading to obtaining building permits.

Establish and oversee relationships with project stakeholders, including co-developers, transmission service operators, regional and local public administration institutions, and local communities.

Manage, procure, and negotiate Land Agreements.

Support the financial department on project finance activities.

Coordinate with internal Development Technical, Financial, and Legal teams in Italy and HQ, and other stakeholders to implement and accelerate all project-related work leading to investment decisions as per internal procedures.

Support the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies for developing new renewable energy projects.

Analyze the technical, legal, financial, and environmental viability of the projects.

Deliver periodic reports to the BD Director on progress in the search for business opportunities, proposals in process, negotiations, and other responsibilities.

Manage the project budget, ensuring profitability and committed income.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams without hierarchical dependence.

Competenze ed esperienza Preferably hold an engineering degree, with a specialization in energy or electrical fields.

Previous experience in managing complex projects and business development in the wind energy sector.

Knowledge of the English language; knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.

Preferably based in Rome.
