The Service and Solution Department As market expectations evolve, clients demand a premium service experience alongside top air-conditioning and heat pump solutions.
To support Daikin EMEA in becoming a premium service provider, we seek a Business Development Officer.
This role involves collaboration with international stakeholders, focusing on delivering proactive, professional, and efficient services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate market potential, trends, and client needs to develop sound sales and business strategies.
Define KPIs and objectives to ensure profitability of the proactive business.
Collaborate with Product Development and Sales on product launch strategies.
Create promotional materials (e. g. , presentations, leaflets) to support new offerings.
Train local organizations on Proactive HVAC services.
Assist in developing annual budgets and action plans.
Implement sales and reporting tools, driving process improvements.
Monitor sales results and define countermeasures to meet budget goals.
Communicate EMEA sales progress through meetings and updates.
Manage the service throughout its life cycle, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, IT, and other departments on project aspects.
Build trusted relationships with local sales organizations and departments.
Qualifications: University/college degree with a technical orientation.
5-7 years of relevant experience in business development or product management in a B2B environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer-focused with a strategic mindset.
Result-driven personality with a structured approach.
Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
Willingness to learn about HVAC services.
Independent worker who values team connections.
Willingness to travel (up to 10-15%).
