Business Development Representative (BDR) – Luxury, Fashion & Consumer Products We're looking for a dynamic BDR to drive our sales efforts and accelerate our growth trajectory.
This role goes beyond traditional sales—it's about shaping the future of Digital Passports for Consumer Products and supply chain transparency.
You will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, acting as a trusted advisor to target accounts, and ensuring seamless transitions from prospecting to deal closure.

Starting date: ASAP Availability: Full-time Location: Milan Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic outreach and lead generation campaigns through email sequences, phone calls, LinkedIn, and industry events. Establish a trusted advisor status within target accounts by providing valuable insights on supply chain digitalization and sustainability regulations. Conduct structured discovery calls to understand customer pain points and decision-making processes. Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address the unique needs of potential clients. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across brands, ensuring professional and consistent messaging. Work closely with designated Executives to ensure smooth handovers and collaboration on closing deals. Continuously educate yourself on luxury, fashion, and consumer product supply chains, sustainability regulations, and industry best practices to enhance your consultative selling approach. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to optimize processes and drive results. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the luxury, fashion, and consumer products industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of supply chain digitalization, sustainability regulations, and industry best practices. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track and optimize performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive sales strategy. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
