We offer software solutions and revenue advice tailored to hoteliers, helping drive growth in direct website sales.
We seek a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic growth team.
Responsibilities :
Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits of our software solutions to prospective customers.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to Account Managers for ongoing relationship management.
Accurately maintain customer information in our CRM system, documenting interactions, feedback, and progress.
Identify and qualify high-potential leads through active engagement during demos and follow-ups.
Address client questions and objections, nurturing relationships to facilitate successful conversions.
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and account management teams to optimize customer experience and sales processes.
Proactively research market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improve outreach strategies.
Continuously refine sales pitches and demo presentations based on customer feedback and sales performance data.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and contribute insights for targeted campaigns.
Track key performance metrics (KPIs), such as demo conversion rates and lead quality, to optimize sales effectiveness.
Requirements: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to manage customer data effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Italian is required for effective communication with Italian-speaking customers.
Experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus, especially in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address client concerns effectively.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset, eager to take the initiative and improve sales techniques.

This full-time position offers onsite work at our Rome office (VAT registration required).
The annual base salary ranges from €20, 000 to €26, 000, with an additional performance-based bonus.
