**About the Role**: We are looking for a dynamic **Business Development Representative** who specializes in recruitment, advising, and sales. This role is pivotal in demonstrating the unique value of our programs and driving student enrollment to meet our ambitious growth targets. You will be the first point of contact for potential students, helping them understand how our programs can advance their careers, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
This is a goal-oriented role focused on sales and customer acquisition, ideal for individuals with experience in B2C sales or recruitment who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
**Start Date**: January, 2025
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively reach out to prospective students based on their availability (typically mid-day and evenings, between 19:00 and 20:00).
- Conduct engaging video consultations to showcase the value of our programs.
- Guide students through the qualification process and ensure timely completion of their enrollment.
- Handle objections and overcome challenges related to enrollment deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with your team and manager to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Consistently demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach to meeting recruitment goals.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience in B2C sales, with a strong understanding of inside sales, solution or consultative selling.
- Background in recruitment, career advising, or education sales.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions, even in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and customer focus.
- Target-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
**Language Requirements**:
- **Italian**: Native or mother tongue proficiency is essential for this role.
- **English**: Minimum C1 level.
- **Other**: Additional proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is considered a plus.
**What We Offer**:
- **Location**: Our office is based in the heart of Rome at Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Roma RM.

- **Hybrid Work Policy**: After a 3-month trial period, enjoy 2 days of remote work per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), based on performance from the previous month.
- **Compensation**: Base salary plus monthly bonuses:
- Base salary before tax: 17, 940€ per year
- Average monthly bonuses before tax: 23, 060€ per year (no limit or cap)
- Total average annual salary before tax: 40, 000€ (no limit or cap)
- **Contract**: 6-month contract to start:
