Business Development Representative (Bdr)

Main Activities
Manage part of the current international portfolio to support the sales team whenever a sales backup resource is needed.
Implement a prospecting strategy and actively follow up with targets to qualify their needs and identify potential projects.
Obtain qualified appointments.
Track and monitor your activity and find the best methods to improve the prospecting process.
Become a true expert with INGO's solutions to best qualify potential sales opportunities.
Perform demo and upselling of new available modules and features.
Forge strategic relationships with various internal teams (field sales, channel partners, pre-sales, engineering teams, and marketing) to effectively generate and manage business activities.
Provide and maintain strong client engagement.
Good English level, both spoken and written knowledge.
You are passionate about international cultures and a results-driven person in nature.
At least 1-year of experience in sales, pre-sales, or marketing activities in the high-tech industry.
Past experiences with CRM, Ticketing, or Contact Center Software solutions are preferable.
Client-centric mindset and approach.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong passion for high-tech technologies.
