We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team based in Cyberjaya and support the Korean market for Quest.

ResponsibilitiesManage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunitiesParticipate in Outbound Campaigns for Install Base and Net New Customers to drive sales opportunitiesIdentify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunitiesAssess and analyze prospects current process and requirementsProvide engaging and articulate information about Quest Software's value proposition to potential customersMaintain well organised, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM systemLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyQualifications1-2 years proven commercial experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years experience in sales managementExperience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector, and can develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirementsProficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systemsExperience working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing teamFamiliarity with Quest Software productsCRM and Excel skills preferredExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in both KOREAN and ENGLISHCompany DescriptionAt Quest, we create and manage the software that makes the benefits of new technology real.
