**About the position**:
This role will sit in a world class Business Development team and will work on new leads, researching prospects and companies.
**What you will do**:
- Follow up with a high volume of marketing-qualified leads and convert these to appointments
- Research and identify additional accounts and individuals that fit our Ideal Customer Profile
- Document all sales activity in our CRM system (Salesforce) and perform monthly and quarterly forecasting tasks

In order to be successful in our culture, we look for the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience telemarketing, cold-calling, lead nurturing and setting appointments/closing sales via telephone an advantage
- Time Management, planning & organizational skills
- Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
- A fun and engaging personality
- 2 years sales or lead generation experience
- Business level **English and one or more Nordic language** is essential
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
