Business Development, Sales Support – Pharma Lab
Business Development, Sales Support – Pharma LabWe are looking for a Business Developer Sales Support for the Pharma Lab sector, a strategic role that serves as a link between Operations and Business Development (BD), ensuring commercial support.
This position will focus on activities and clients in Central-Northern Italy.
Main Responsibilities: Customer Service Support (CS): Handle quotation requests for both existing and new clients, working closely with BD to streamline desk activities and allow the sales team to focus on business development. Quotation Management: Prepare offers for projects and ad-hoc requests, with a particular focus on prepaid services for current clients. Inside Sales: Conduct research and initiate first contact with clients within the company network, developing new business opportunities with local clients. Pharma Tender Management: Support BD in pricing definition and tender processes. Documentation Management & Updates: Ensure that client-related data is constantly updated. Requirements: Experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales (including operational roles), preferably in the Pharma or Food industry. Strong commercial mindset and proactiveness, with the ability to engage with clients and support BD strategies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing offers and data. Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in team-oriented and dynamic environments. DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
