Business Development/Sampling & Production Coordinator?

:

Researching and identifying potential clients in Italy, contacting them and setting up a meeting to show our swatches and discuss the collaboration.

Managing relationships with existing clients and getting repeat orders from them

Helping in managing the entire office/showroom

Embroidery swatch selection to meet client's requirements

Write detailed purchase orders and technical filesexplaining in detail the orders from client to Mumbai factory

Follow up on the purchase order with the team in India

Liase between the client and the factory.

Maintaining seasonwise chart / report for the orders received from the clients.

Studying current trends in the market

Profilo

**Profile**:

Must speak fluent English and read and write

Must be bilingual Italian-English

experience or education in fashion industry would be preferable

Demonstrate strong writing and verbal skills

Good communication skills

Ability to multi task and set priorities

Manage time efficiency

Strong team spirit

Strong knowledge of fashion trends and fashion, embroidery related technical terms

Commercial awareness

Love for fashion and creative flair

Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
