**Key responsibilities**:

- Support Team in M&A/ Licensing activities (scouting, Assessment and Deal negotiation) effort in the areas of strategic focus:

- Deep understanding of the Pharma/BioTech competitive arena and market evolving scenarios (e. g Competitive landscape - market & pipeline; etc)

- Identifying the key Targets: Companies / Products/ assets

- Building/expanding/ consolidating /keeping updated the network

- Keeping updated the BD mapping and related platforms/tools

- Support Business cases preparation:

- Tools & deliverables, Decks & Docs (presentations, models, etc)

- Business case - Economics/PPT

- Termsheets/contracts understanding

- Support on Project & Team management: project planning/management, Data room management (IN/OUT), Due Diligence management/coordination (IN/OUT)

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree economics / engineering (alternatively Marketing or Scientific) with 3-5 years in related experience in Pharma business (pharma-BD preferred)

- Significant interpersonal and communication skills and collaborative and "can-do" attitude - Ability to build and maximize relationships/networking with strategic internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to balance strong strategic and analytical skills with relentless drive on execution, prioritizing customers' needs

- Business acumen

- Ability to understand and actively contribute to the management of a Business Case

- Ability to conduct research and analyze data - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behaviors

- Must have: Full Office-package; Fluent in English
