NEURANIX, a company operating in the sector of audiological diagnostic devices active on international markets is looking to hire a
**Business Development Specialist Europe (F/M)
The resource, will be responsible to expand our business and improve our branding initiatives in Europe.
He or she will be establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships, and drive business development activities with potential distributors, key opinion leaders, decision makers and key customers in EU countries, with the aim of increasing the Neuranix sales and customer portfolio.
He or she will be the primary external representative of Neuranix audiological diagnostic device products and services and will be a key educator to our customer business accounts.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive new product introduction in EU for end users and distributors in Europe.
- Grow market share by establishing NEW distribution agreements
- Develop European and local strategic influencers and references (KOL, university endorsements) and leveraging them for new business and growth initiatives.
- Help engage corporate accounts with the distributors
- Help drive in country marketing activities with distributors to improve visibility, greater customer intimacy and sales/win-rates
- Drive funnel Development using sales process focused on conversions and achieving assigned unit/revenue annual targets
- Plan, organize and execute sales calls and manage key (distributors) accounts throughout the sales cycle.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar
- Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in audiology or MedTech related industry
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion
- Ability to conduct research and analyse data and possess strategic and tactical planning skills necessary to validate forecast activity
- Solid experience in conducting commercial negotiations and solution sales techniques
- Ability to create business plans with actionable objectives
- Strong computer skills
- Networking skills to liaise with business partners and clients
- Sales experience
- Experience working in a start-up environment or with new business development opportunities
- Understand manufacturing challenges
- Customer centric approach, willingness to travel, team player, good presenter, mission focused, persistent
- Strong written, oral and technical presentation skills in English and Italian and possibly another language
