The role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to promote our event spaces at our campus in the dynamic city of Bari!
In this role, your primary focus will be to expand our footprint in the region by promoting our event spaces, driving meaningful partnerships and activities, and orchestrating impactful events with our partners.
ResponsibilitiesSales and business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients and partners, conducting tours and presentations to showcase the benefits of our ecosystem.
Space management and supplier supervision: Direct day-to-day operations, oversee suppliers, ensure a top-notch environment, and lead seamless opening and closing procedures.
Event coordination: Co-create engaging experiences and coordinate with the team to ensure event readiness.
Onboarding check and tech guidance: Onboard new community members and visitors, from crafting badges to providing tech guidance for a smooth daily experience.
Data records and management: Organize records with precision, extract insights, and collaborate with the Sales team for accuracy in sales initiatives.
Challenge resolution: Tackle daily issues with the Community Manager, fostering a positive co-working environment.
About youExperienced hospitality events and sales professional with at least one year of expertise in sales and events; experience within the startup sector is a plus.
Knowledge of the Bari ecosystem and key players relevant for networking and collaboration.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on exceptional service.
Engaging speaker and attentive listener with strong communication skills.
Versatile team contributor who adeptly combines organizational skills with teamwork.
Tech-savvy operator with mastery of IT tools (G-Suite, Excel, Notion, etc. ).
Passionate and curious, infusing enthusiasm into every task.
Bilingual communicator in Italian and English.
Bari-based with easy access to our Campus.
Relevant presence required as the host of the campus.
