Our new Business Development Specialist role is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Partnerships professional - especially if you've worked within the Energy business before. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be a key member of our Milan based digital sales and partnerships team, playing a vital role in growing our subscriber base and increase PULSEE customers' acquisition and satisfaction.
Your key objective will be to monitor the existing digital sales channels and build new partnerships opportunities, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
As our new Business Development Specialist you'll have the opportunity to:
Identify new digital sales opportunities & innovative ideas on a multichannel basis.
Foster Pulsee digital properties by influencing key stakeholders.
Be a contributor in the definition of marketing pricing strategy, participate to the definition of promotional calendar and coordinate discount strategy to maximize revenue and net margin growth.
Coordinate and Prioritize Martech needs with our product and BI team to get all the necessary support to run campaigns with partners.
Pro-active scouting of new partners and active partnership management within the Italian market.
Ensure that the execution of campaigns is managed properly, withthe right attention to detail.
Measuring campaign results through data, supporting our partners in adopting the right tactics to ensure campaign performance.
Collaborate with business intelligence, analytics and finance teams to strategically plan and forecast campaigns, as well as provide regular performance updates back to our partners and across the business.
Share results and best practices with internal stakeholders at the local level. RequisitiYou'll be set up for success if you have:
Experience working in digital sales and partnerships, ideally in the Energy Market, Energy and Gas comparison or similar industry (not mandatory).
You are confident in building strong and trusted relationships with partners to form a basis for a valuable commercial roadmap.
Experience in continuously research industry developments and customers' insights to identify opportunities for future development.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects at a time.
Ability to prioritise and manage internal objectives, while being conscious of partners' commercial needs.
Ability to manage end to end sales partnerships.
Digital Expertise of marketing tools with proven best practice.
