**What you will be doing

As part of our talented Business Development Team dedicated to our new product Meal Voucher, you'll be in the right seat during Satispay's amazing journey and contribute to empowering and bringing an impactful boost to our Supernetwork growth!

Along with the Business Development team dedicated to the Meal Voucher Product, thanks to your great sales personality you'll inspire genuine trust, and build strong relationships to support Satispay in creating the most amazing Employer Community ever.

As a Business Developer Support your main tasks will be:

- Identify new business opportunities through market research and active prospecting.

- Conduct initial calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services.

- Coordinate with the sales team to transfer qualified opportunities and ensure a continuous flow of prospects.

- Maintain and update the CRM with all relevant information related to prospects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective lead generation strategies.

You have:

- + 1 years of proven experience in a similar role (SDR, BDR, Sales Support);

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

- Results-oriented, with a strong determination to achieve set goals;

- Basic knowledge of key computer tools and CRM;

- Stamina and the right energy level to make several video calls/phone calls every day;

- Ability to concretely turn data, insights, and initiatives into contracts, together; with great ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your daily tasks;

- Result-oriented attitude and target-driven approach;

- Knowledge of GSuite and basic spreadsheet skills;

- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken.

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, consistently evolving business environment;

- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and meet deadlines;

The role is based in Milan with a hybrid working policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
