Period: summer season MID MAY - MID OCTOBER

As a Business Development Trainee, You will work closely with Business Development Team gaining experience in Group Meeting & Events, Marketing, Sales and Reservation with focus on administration and coordination amongst all departments.

It is required to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

**Conference & Events

- Assist in converting incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue

- Ensure the complete administration handling of all enquiries into the system (offers, rooming list)

**Marketing**:

- Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events

- Update and follow social media content under the straight supervision of the Marketing Executive

**Sales & Reservation**:

- Produce quotations and written confirmation to clients

- Generate accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Excellent communication skills (Italian & English mandatory)

- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets

- Excellent organisational and administration skills

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Relevant degree, in tourism sector or in a sales or business discipline, from an academic institution
