We are looking for a Business Director for leading company worldwide in the turnkey industrial plant sector, with about 900 employees and active in various fields including the food and pharmaceutical ones.

**Posizione**:

The new employee will have to ensure the achievement of the objectives by his team, through the following tasks:

- define sales strategies and objectives in relation to market shares, collaborating in the search for new commercial opportunities and in satisfying customers need;

- research and evaluate new business partners, taking care of relationships with strategic customers;

- optimize and support the Group's digitization process;

- management of Key Clients (global brands in the food sector) through its own team;

- define strategies to promote and structure cross selling for other business areas to which the group belongs.

**Requisiti**:

- degree, preferably in economics or engineering;

- proven experience in commercial management, preferably within industrial contexts;

- fluent in English and other languages considered an added value.

The profile is completed by:

- excellent organizational and managerial skills;

- systemic and strategic vision skills.

- problem solving and analytical skills

- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Travel frequently will be required.
