AstraZeneca is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Oncology Business Unit (OBU) as Business Excellence & Operations (**BEO) Partner. ** Reporting to the Field force and Channel Excellence Head, the BEO Partner will be accountable for managing high-impact projects and initiatives to guide and monitor OBU's execution and accelerate business performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation and execution of incentive schemes for OBU franchises
- Lead HCP mapping and segmentation, aligning effort allocation with business opportunity
- Organize Sales Call Planning process and follow up customer engagement metrics (incl/ omnichannel), providing recommendation on how to optimize OBU efforts across all franchises.
- Help management setting clear target objectives and align them with KPIs
- Monitor sales performance, customer engagement metrics & preparing performance review
- Analyze market trends & providing actionable insights to sales teams (targeting & territory management, key account management )
- Lead territory design and allocation, monitor field deployment effectiveness and productivity, also guaranteeing optimal deployment of medical and diagnostic functions
- Support with the development of go to market models for current and future portfolio
- Provide support to the field network for excellent management of their activity, ensuring end-to-end process management
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team in the design and preparation of omnichannel campaign monitoring reports, analyzing their impact on brand awareness, channel recall, brand image, as well as other business evolution indicators (sales, market share. . . ).
- Build dashboards and deliver ad-hoc analyses (esp. before BR or BSP)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
- Significant experience in Business and Market Analysis, previous experience in pharmaceutical industry or consultancy is preferred
- Proficiency and knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to manager projects with different stakeholders and ability to manage external partners and vendors
- Significant Analytical skills
