The pharmaceutical world is going through a period of important technological transformations, where the needs of the patient and the quality of the work performed are predominant.

For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for a **Business Excellence Specialist **to be hired** **with a permanent contract.

The **Business Excellence Specialist** will be responsible to:

- Find opportunities for process improvement to deliver value in safety, quality, reliability, and cost

- Engage Site Stakeholders to identify and prioritize focus areas to be analyzed for continuous improvement keeping the site's competitiveness

- Work closely with Stakeholders to identify members of the cross functional team leading the continuous improvement initiatives

- Coordinate data collection to ensure an effective preparation of the diagnostic exercise

- Drive & support data driven decision making

- Create & deliver multiyear roadmap of improvement initiatives creating value for the organization

- Keep the oversight of all the continuous improvement initiatives from confirmation till complete implementation

- Ensure sustainability of the continuous improvement initiatives after implementation through structured Process Confirmation

- Coordinate Capability Building Program to ensure Lean culture is embedded at all levels of the organization

- Support Departments in the definition and review of KPIs and related targets as part of Performance Management Process

- Facilitate Root Cause Problem Solving sessions to address issues effectively and develop related action plans

- Actively interact with business partners to ensure sustainability of Continuous Improvement journey of the site

- Collaborate with Global Business Excellence Team to deploy and maintain Digital Performance Dashboard

**Qualifications

- Master's degree in scientific disciplines

- At least 5 years of working experience as Business Excellence or in similar position (Plant/Operations/Engineering field is a nice-to-have)

- Ability to work in a cross functional team to ensure the correct execution of the activities according to the agreed timing and quality

- Process Excellence Six Sigma or Lean certification (nice-to-have)

- Strong skills in problem solving, decision making and accountability

- Capability to easily connect with people

- Fluent in English (B2 level and above) and Italian (local language)
