We are looking for a Business Experience Manager to join our team!

Role Objective

The Business Experience Manager acts as a bridge between the business and the development team, translating client needs into clear technical requirements and supporting the Product Owner (PO) in defining priorities.

Responsibilities

Organize and lead meetings with clients, PO, and development teams to define and prioritize features. Support the PO in gathering and defining priorities, translating business needs into clear operational requirements. Facilitate refinement sessions to ensure each backlog item is detailed and ready for development (DoR). Collaborate with PMI stakeholders to maintain consistency between agile and traditional approaches. Draft updated documentation of meetings and decisions. Coordinate release notes, versioning, and product updates with the development team.

Required Skills

Knowledge of backlog management tools (e. g. , Azure DevOps). Proficiency in English. Experience and flexibility in working in both agile environments and PMI contexts to effectively interface with different stakeholders.
