Job DescriptionBusiness Project Management & Implementation structure has the following key responsibilities:Perform project management activities related to strategic and transformational themes for the Company and the other entities covered by outsourcing contractsDefinition of Project lifecycle in terms of governance, planning, organization, and monitoring activities and budget requirementsEngage the relevant stakeholders in the projects, assess the project risks and coordinate the change management processSupport Head of Operations in strategic initiativesThe team is organized as follows:Business Project Management: performs project management activities on strategic topics for the Company & coordinates collection of innovative solutions and technologies liaising then with the "IT & Innovation" function for implementation. Business Implementation: coordinates all initiatives related to the operating platforms, including the development of new processes, new business solutions, and the modification of existing ones & coordinates the change management request related to the operating platform. The ideal candidate will work on the business implementation activities and will be responsible for:Supporting the relevant stakeholders involved in the projectDefining the project governancePlanning, organizing, and monitoring project activities and budget requirements according to the identified target operating modelEnsuring the achievement of project targets within the defined deadlines and implementing relevant escalation processes in case of deviations, proposing solutions and action plansPreparing the relevant supporting documents through the project lifecycleRequirementsMaster's Degree in fields such as Economics and Engineering3-5 years of experience in Financial Services/ Asset management industry or in top tier consultancy firms with focus on Financial Services/ Asset ManagementItalian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additional languages (French/ German) will be considered a plusKnowledge of operations & IT processesSelf-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ownership and accountability for project deliverablesAbility to work with different stakeholdersAbility to challenge status quo and support challenge with logical rationaleEffective leadership and stakeholder management skillsSound decision making skills in highly challenging scenariosStructured approach and mindsetStrong learning agility and troubleshooting attitude.
