Mission of the Job

**It must contribute to develop and implement the standards and routines of different lean tools, assuring their sustainability, as well as promote the Digital Initiatives.

**:

**Reports to Ho Industrial Operations and Shared Services**:

**Main activities

- to define, develop and implement a complete set of performance indicators to support business decision-making

- to measure business performance and to identify deviations to the targets, in a harmonized way in Airbus D&S Operations perimeter

- to help Operations team and the corresponding support functions to be able to achieve the targeted performances

- to contribute to and get advantage of the existing BT network in Airbus Defence & Space to implement all relevant initiatives, including Digital initiatives that will support the global business transformation

- to deploy digital tools

**Competences

**Education/Training**:

- Engineering Degree or equivalent

**Experience**:

- 5 years' experience in similar position

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and Performance Management

- Knowledge of production processes and technologies.

- Communication and leadership skills.

**Tool or product requirements**:

- SAP

- Microsoft Office

- DeMAT is a plus

**Languages**:

- English

- Other languages is a plus
