**Purpose**: To provide the Management and Account Teams with relevant information, analysis and insight to enable an optimal diagnosis of the external environment not only on regard of the competition but also in terms of trend and initiatives useful to support a customer centricity approach.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of report useful to track market evolution, combining all the sources available at local level ( ie IQVIA, EDGE, etc) and at European level (ie European ad hoc studies) Responsible for the forecast for each brand and all indications he/she is the business partner of all the brand team in assuring adherence of forecast assumptions.
Responsible for the Market Resources design and plan, accordingly with the Brand needs.
products lifecycle and in agreement with the Alliance and European Headquarter (DSE) **Key Responsibilities**: Supports the Launch preparation and brand development
Owns the insights generation plan
- Identify and define Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence needs, information gaps and select most appropriate methodology for data collection.
Develops and maintains effective systems and processes to monitor and collate competitor information from all appropriate sources
Provide an objective in depth understanding of the Oncology market and the key drivers of brand performance.
Constantly challenge the Brand teams based on insights
**Supports Strategic planning for the portfolio
Provides the Brand team with a clear overview of the market evolution and competitive landscape
Support brand planning process through situational analysis, core implications of market evolution and competitor landscape, scenario planning and activity planning
Integrates the core implications into business planning and forecasting (volume and value)
Be responsible for the provision of KPIs to aid and inform the Brand Team in Brand Planning and flawless performance execution
Converts this data into usable reports, dashboards, and customer engagement tools to deliver enhanced planning, and customer engagement.
**Prepares the future
Foster a customer-centric culture by anticipating future customer needs.
Aligns and integrates with the Brand Team the business insight, CI, pricing and market access partners to inform the forecast assumptions
Assure alignment with DSE MR plan, leveraging those project focused on country features Develop, build and maintain dashboards useful to support marketing decision, highlighting opportunity & risk and exploiting advanced analytics tools to refine ROI metrics
**Technical/Professional Knowledge** Substantial and successful experience (5-10 years) working in a similar role in a pharmaceutical company
- Oncology knowledge/experience
- MBA marketing degree or equivalent in Economics is desirable
- Substantial experience working in a similar role.
- Proven ability to deliver concise and impactful analysis.
- Forecasting theory, expertise and practice
- Experience of managing data systems and tools, (e. g.
by IQVIA, Qlik etc)
- Thorough understanding of the IT market (e. g.
structure, policy/operating framework, types of organisation and customers)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for adding value to the business, to customers and patients.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken
