Business Insights
The resource will be integrated into the Business Operations Department of the Company and will have the following responsibilities: • This role will lead the early identification and comprehension of key market trends and opportunities, supporting the organization in the preparation of strategic and budget analysis • It involves using data from different data sources: internal data (CRM, omnichannel, performance KPI dashboards, …) and external databases facilitating data storytelling through the flexible integration of multiple sources • Contribute to the framing of business questions, identifying/integrating data sources and applying analytical methods to answer the questions • Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications • Integrate analytical knowledge and skills with company tools and processes, supporting the training and knowledge development of the teams • Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools • Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions • Work for developing and maintaining key reports and analysis such as budget, national sales analysis for channels (wholesalers, pharmacy, hospital), and market/products (competition, prescription analysis, the share of voice, . . ) • Focus on Territory sales performance analysis (call plan, call frequency, coverage) and field force target achievement analysis (objectives) • Support the business decision process and build and run appropriate KPI reports to effectively monitor commercial performance • Manage internal and external data providers and vendors to deliver impactful business insights, while managing budget, timelines, and stakeholder inputs • Facilitate the product forecasting process with the brand team and cross-functional teams • Support the performance management and business review meetings with analytics.
• Collaborate with the global team as well as other teams to leverage cross-functional synergies and share best-practices • Act as data evangelist throughout the whole company hierarchy • Support market research planning and execution • Present to C-suite and middle management reports and business insights
