**Overview of the position**:

Within Marketing, the Business Insights & Analytics Team is responsible for securing relevant information and insights across the value chain, transforming them into recommendations to key stakeholders and drive best practice for Tetra Pak.

We are looking for a **Business Insights Intern **who will support with identifying information needs among our internal stakeholders and who will assist in the execution of research and creation of insights across the entire value chain.

**What you will do**:

**In this position you will be responsible for**:

- Interact with the team and internal stakeholders to identify critical consumer and business insights gaps and gathering and analyzing key business trends to support stakeholders.

- Contribute to creating actionable analysis for identified focus areas/ opportunities through desk research or primary research.

- Assist in the design and execution of a variety of international market research projects, including briefing and evaluating proposals from consultants.

- Help the team with creating concise, effective, and impactful business presentations.

- Consolidating existing reports and information related to consumers, retailers, food manufacturers and any other relevant data needed for a market analysis.

- Support day-to-day management of research projects and supplier relationships.

This is a temporary position based in Modena.

**We believe you have**:

**Language and Education**:

Academic background: a Bachelor's degree or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or similar, and are looking for a temporary 6-months curricular internship (ongoing studies is a must).

Very good spoken and written English.

**Professional Skills and Experience**:

You have strong competency with PowerPoint and Excel and are comfortable managing & analysing data in MS Excel, Power BI or similar tools.

**Personal Qualifications**:

You have a data-oriented mindset with the ability to develop insights and tell a story.

You can successfully synthetise information from different sources, create a story from them and build actionable insights.

You are comfortable with data analysis and visualization.

You have the ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues and with external parties.

You can work together with other team members and internal/external stakeholders, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.

You have skills in time management and commitment to meeting deadlines and a drive for results.
