BUSINESS INTEGRATION PROJECT MANAGER

The Business Integration Project Manager will serve as a strategic contributor, responsible for developing, coordinating, and providing overall business leadership for corporate integration plans.

He /she will have the opportunity to collaborate with functional leads and with the company leadership to create integration plans.

The Business Integration Project Manager will establish project teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration, incorporating feedback into subsequent integration plan versions and also identifying gaps or risks to cover in case of eventually project's issues.

He/she will also manage the post-acquisition metrics to measure the success of acquisitions compared to original business case expectations.

Relevant Education and Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager, leading major business and transformation projects.

- Professional project management qualification (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE) will be beneficial.

- MBA and/or Economics or similar/ Engineering Degree is required.

- Fluency in English.

- Strong IT background and experience with modern project management tools and methodologies as well as experience with LEAN/Six Sigma principles.

- Availability for business trips in Europe and US is required.

The position will be located in the area of Rome or Milan with the possibility to work sometimes in remote mode.
