What you'll do:

- You will join the unit of Retail Analysis reporting directly into the Business Intelligence Manager;

- You will be responsible for the keen and thorough performance analysis of the italian retail business in every aspect by monitoring KPIs, trends and indexes;

- You will monitor the performance of Key Strategic Initiatives, giving highlights and point out critical points and inefficiencies;

- You will be required to identify opportunities for growth and optimization for the whole retail business.

Who you are:

- You have at least 3 years of experience in structured contexts such as consulting firms or companies of the entertainment industry;

- You have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering;

- You have superb knowledge and mastering of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint are a must to have;

- If you also have experience with Oracle BI or SAS is a strong nice to have;

- You are proficient in both spoken and written English and Italian;

- You are proactive, flexible, an innovator and very strong-willed;

- You are a team worker and facilitator able to run complex projects and to communicate effectively;

- Your presentations are strong, effective and brilliant.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience within the retail and/or gambling industries;

- Basic knowledge of programming languages, tools, platforms and technologies.
