We're looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm Overview A great opportunity for an energic Business Intelligence Analyst to become a key member of In Post's Italy team. Having a real passion for data-driven decision and solution finding , you will bring enthusiasm to the role and endeavor to embed a customer and partner-centric culture, through the work you carry out. InPost Italy has a lot of moving parts and the right person for the role will thrive working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You are comfortable analyzing data and have a talent for streamlining processes and breaking down complex procedures into easy-to-understand steps. About the role Analyze data to deliver insights about operational performance and inefficiencies, and proactively drive improvements Prepare data sets , analyze data sources, build and document analytical models Track, analyze and report on activities and performances; work with them to ensure that service levels are in line with InPost Italy expectations, recommend initiatives to improve the customer experience and reduce costs Provide weekly reporting and analysis on customers, partners, overall network performance, financial metrics and performance KPIs Understand strategic business changes, identify business metrics and build dashboards that provide answers to key questions Work with InPost headlines, Product Managers and Software Engineers to understand data needs and deliver it What you need to succeed: 3 years of experience as Data Analyst / Data Engineer or similar roles Solid knowledge of SQL and PySpark to process large amounts of data (experience with Databricks is a plus) Experience presenting research data (qualitative and quantitative) to both technical and non-technical partners Ability to create and maintain PowerBI Dashboards Proficency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Fluent in English Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities Startup attitude — you run or participated in entrepreneurial projects and understand how to balance theoretical research with creating value for our logistics Highly organized, but ready to handle curveballs Passionate about process improvement, accuracy and detail Able to build highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a willingness to challenge colleagues Nice to have: Experience working in the Logistics industry Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive Why join InPost?
