We are currently looking for a self-driven, energetic, and motivated

_Business Intelligence Analyst _to join our ambitious and highly motivated Business Analysis team reporting to the Business Analysis and Market Intelligence Associate Director.

What you will do.

In this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others:

- Support the Global analytics strategy providing data-driven insights that can support the decision making process of the company- Be the reference role for data architecture.

This includes the accountability to plan and manage the data architecture, app release and develop the datasets, ETL and workflow accordingly- Conducts interviews to gather stakeholders requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. - Convert the requirements in user-friendly, eye catching and self-service reports that can provide actionable insights to the users- Creating consistency and transparency for the user community, which reduces friction and pain points related to finding relevant data and analytics content. - Manage and track the life cycle of the reporting package using dedicated software development tools and practice- Evangelize a data-driven culture across different departments and promote the adoption of standard and official tools (PowerBI and CCH Tagetik)- Nurturing, mentoring, guiding, and educating internal stakeholders/users to increase their skills and level of self-reliance.

Required skills:

- University background in Information Technology, Computer Science, business or management studies or related field of studies- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the areas of database design and maintenance and in the use of PowerBI or/and PowerApps, ETL and Dataflows- Good experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and preferably life-cycle software methodology- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail- Highly self-motivated and directed- Willingness to take over global tasks- Strong knowledge of data structures- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- Team mentality, hands-on mentality, service-oriented, flexible mindset and capable to engage curiosity- Ability to understand and assess business needs and dynamics on cross-functional basis- Strong, confident, and clear communication skills in English

Preferred skills:

- Strong curiosity around the Big Data and Analytics topics and the related technologies- Knowledge of Agile software development methodology- CCH Tagetik and Salesforce knowledges
