You are comfortable analyzing data and have a talent for streamlining processes and breaking down complex procedures into easy-to-understand steps. About the roleAnalyze datato deliver insights about operational performance and inefficiencies, and proactively drive improvementsPreparedata sets , analyze data sources, build and documentanalytical modelsTrack, analyze and report on activities and performances;work with them to ensure that service levels are in line with InPost Italy expectations, recommend initiatives to improve the customer experience and reduce costsProvideweekly reporting and analysison customers, partners, overall network performance, financial metrics and performance KPIsUnderstand strategic business changes, identify business metrics and build dashboards that provide answers to key questionsWork with InPost headlines, Product Managers and Software Engineers to understand data needs and deliver itWhat you need to succeed:3+ years of experience asData Analyst / Data Engineer or similar rolesSolid knowledge of SQL and PySpark to process large amounts of data (experience with Databricks is a plus) Experience presenting research data (qualitative and quantitative) to both technical and non-technical partnersAbility to create and maintainPowerBI DashboardsProficency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelFluent in EnglishOutstandinganalytical skillsandproblem-solvingcapabilitiesStartup attitude — you run or participated in entrepreneurial projects and understand how to balance theoretical research with creating value for our logisticsHighly organized, but ready to handle curveballsPassionate about process improvement, accuracy and detailAble to build highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a willingness to challenge colleaguesNice to have:Experience working in theLogistics industryKnowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or PipedriveWhy join InPost?
