We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer and Data Manager for a company leader in providing innovative personal protective equipment (PPE). The candidate will focus on improving business processes, increasing operational efficiencies, and ensuring data quality and consistency across various systems such as PIM, ERP, CRM, Power BI, and data warehouse. ACTIVITIES:Business Intelligence Analyst Developer:Use Power BI to provide data insights and visualizations. Develop and analyze reports, troubleshoot data, and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with data architects, ETL developers, and ERP vendors to support business needs. Train users and maintain the Business Intelligence glossary. Data Manager:Ensure data availability, quality, and proper flow between systems. Improve performance, monitor tools, and report on data quality. Facilitate data enrichment and propose improvements to data processes. Secure data access and collaborate with IT teams. REQUIRED SKILLS:Power BI proficiency for data analysis and visualizationExpertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and query designExperience with MS SQL Server, including creating views and using Excel Pivot TablesKnowledge of information systems and their interactions across platformsExperience with agile methodologies and project managementFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, Python/R, Tableau, and QlikStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and methodical work executionAbility to synthesize both user and IT requirements and manage cross-functional processesAdaptability, technical curiosity, and resilience to handle repetitive tasksProven experience working in collaborative team environmentsThe candidate should also have:Hands-on experience in Distribution and Manufacturing industriesUnderstanding of the B2B environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of relevant experienceRegular interaction with EMEA IT, Business Operations, and Corporate IT teamsFluency in technical English essentialWORKING AREA: Vicenza, Italy.
