We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer and Data Manager for a company leader in providing innovative personal protective equipment (PPE).

The candidate will focus on improving business processes, increasing operational efficiencies, and ensuring data quality and consistency across various systems such as PIM, ERP, CRM, Power BI, and data warehouse.

ACTIVITIES :

Business Intelligence Analyst & Developer: Use Power BI to provide data insights and visualizations.

Develop and analyze reports, troubleshoot data, and ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with data architects, ETL developers, and ERP vendors to support business needs.

Train users and maintain the Business Intelligence glossary.

Data Manager: Ensure data availability, quality, and proper flow between systems.

Improve performance, monitor tools, and report on data quality.

Facilitate data enrichment and propose improvements to data processes.

Secure data access and collaborate with IT teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Power BI proficiency for data analysis and visualization Expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and query design Experience with MS SQL Server, including creating views and using Excel Pivot Tables Knowledge of information systems and their interactions across platforms Experience with agile methodologies and project management Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, Python/R, Tableau, and Qlik Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and methodical work execution Ability to synthesize both user and IT requirements and manage cross-functional processes Adaptability, technical curiosity, and resilience to handle repetitive tasks Proven experience working in collaborative team environments The candidate should also have:

Hands-on experience in Distribution and Manufacturing industries Understanding of the B2B environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience Regular interaction with EMEA IT, Business & Operations, and Corporate IT teams Fluency in technical English essential WORKING AREA : Vicenza, Italy.
