We are looking for data and business enthusiasts to join our BI, Data & Analytics team in Vodafone Italy!

Whether by designing management dashboards or delivering predictive AI and analytics capabilities, you will help shape the future.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Define BI Data & Analytics strategy for a Business Unit within Vodafone Italy and deliver it by coordinating resources.

Make priority choices in liaison with business partners, assessing business benefit.

Lead the Design, development, and deployment of management dashboards and analytics products.

Anticipate business needs requiring analytics and prototype predictive data products based on machine learning algorithms.

Run ad-hoc data analyses to diagnose business opportunities and recommend actions.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience: STEM or Economics Degree Passion for Data Analytics, Statistics, and Business management Growth mindset in previous experience Financial acumen Ability to influence stakeholders and be an effective team player Translate complex analytics concepts into business-relevant language Fluent in English Navigate a complex organisation in a multi-cultural environment Balance priorities and manage ambiguous requests Must have technical / professional qualifications: Previous stakeholder management work experience Experience in tools such as Microstrategy, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
