We are looking for a Business Intelligence Expert (Life Cycle Assessment & Environmental Footprint)!

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert with expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Footprint methodologies.

This role focuses on data analysis, sustainability assessments, and policy recommendations , leveraging business intelligence tools to support environmental decision-making.

Location: Ispra (Hybrid – Near-site)

Experience: 10+ years in Business Intelligence and Sustainability Analytics

What Will You Do? Develop and maintain data pipelines for environmental analysis and sustainability assessments.

Design and implement dashboards to visualize sustainability metrics using BI tools.

Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies and analyze environmental footprints.

Provide technical support for sustainability data interpretation and policy recommendations.

Ensure compliance with EU environmental regulations and sustainability methodologies (PEF, OEF).

Requirements & Skills:Expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data processing and analysis.

Hands-on experience with LCA tools (SimaPro, OpenLCA, GaBi) and knowledge of ISO 14040/14044 standards.

Familiarity with EU environmental footprint methodologies (Product Environmental Footprint - PEF, Organizational Environmental Footprint - OEF).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Expected Deliverables:Dashboards and reports providing insights on LCA and environmental footprint analysis.

Technical documentation and sustainability assessment reports.

Continuous improvement of data analytics workflows for environmental decision-making.
