What you'll do:

- You will join the team of Business Intelligence in the Gaming Machines & Online Casino Business Unit reporting directly to Innovation Director;

- You will have the opportunity to guide the analysis of Retail and Online products such as Online Casino, AWPs & VLTs;

- You will develop and manage BI solutions and analysis;

- You will collaborate with managers and business users;

- You will identify opportunities to improve products and strategies with game solutions;

- You will be responsible for using and developing data collection processes;

- You will revise and validate data & board presentation;

- You will gather end-user reporting and dashboard requirements;

- You will develop dashboards and create reports and support business decisions with them;

- You will communicate insights to the Managing Director and the Business Director.

Who you are:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence departments and/or units;

- You have a degree in Economics or Statistics;

- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access), Oracle & Quilk;

- You are proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined;

- You have a good attitude towards people management, team work and the ability to build effective relationships with directors & managers;

- You are full proficient in both written and spoken english and italian;

- You have great communication and presentation skills, oral and written;

- You have leadership in dealing with direct resources and peers;

- You are an excellent listener and speaker.

Preferably, you also have:

- Previous experience in Business Intelligence units as a Manager.
