We are looking for a business intelligence manager and commercial excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engages with relevant internal stakeholders incl.
BUD, NSM to implement a SFE program to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy
- Measuring the activity of the sales force and monitoring their results, while also aligning to the needs of relevant stakeholders e. g.
operational team, BUD, NSM, field force
- Monitoring data analysis, sales tracking data and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales manager, to develop and improve performance of sales teams
- Provides on-going support to field force and recommends ways to develop methodology to optimize physician or managed care coverage
- Segmentation and targeting of all stakeholders (e. g.
HCP´s) across the channels being deployed in close cooperation with the complete commercial team
- Bridges the gap between the CRM system and the users interact with the software with an in-depth understanding of e. g.
sales, marketing, business processes, and how they relate to the tool
- Builds the interface between administrators and local business needs (customizing)
- Provides reliable and accurate analyses and reports to internal customers to support decision making on key strategies
- Presents recommendations and findings to various stakeholders within the commercial organization.

- Defines productivity indicators for use in measuring performance and ensures the implementation of launch and action plans contribute to increased effectiveness.
- Develops tailored dashboards/reports to monitor performance data and track progress, ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end user
- Bonus scheme
- Identify and manage external data sources relating to market insights, competitor activity, patient data, and any other relevant external benchmarking
- Drive use of external contractors and agencies to collate external data and integrate with internal data and reporting platforms
- Lead provision of data through use of internal platforms and support business partners (BUDs, Commercial Management, Brand Managers) in analysing relevant data
- Ensure integrity, timeliness and accuracy of all internal and external data and analytics
- In partnership with Commercial/Finance Directors, set and drive Business Intelligence strategy and delivery for affiliate
- Understand and deliver key analysis for Leadership Team and Business Managers to enhance decision making
- Subject Matter Expert in areas of data analytics, reporting platforms and market intelligence
- Identify and drive improvements in analytic capability across affiliate
- Integrate with and leverage Global Business Intelligence reporting and data sources and support global reporting.
