To contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist supporting the Strategic Marketing team in all aspects of market research and business intelligence activities, such as investigating, collecting and reporting information.

He/She reports to the Strategic Marketing Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Collect and update information:

Collect and update information concerning market trends, competition and new technologies Collect and analyze business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources Collect and update Databases concerning market trends and field information to generate data-driven actionable insights and to support recommendations for action.

Execute market research:

Create and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to recognize market patterns, draw conclusions and formulate positions on how the technologies or trends will evolve and impact industrial markets over time.

Perform market analysis to evaluate R&D Engineering Services market size and the competitive scenarios on the Global Space Economy.

Developing a competitive intelligence database to support the understanding and identification of market solutions and alternative offerings.

Establish intuitive reporting

Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.

Develop and track key KPIs across the team to track strategic goals, milestones and accomplishments

Monitors, measures, and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs from internal Financial BI reports and CRM reports proving support to the strategy of Lead Generation and Management

The ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor or a Master's degree in Economics or similar field; At least 2-5 years of effective experience in the same position, within medium/large sized and structured Companies or Consultancy firms; Ability to work in a multifunctional team context; Excellent communication skills; Accuracy; Proactive approach and problem-solving skills; Reliability and motivation to learn; Autonomy in carrying out your own activities, within assigned deadlines; Fluency in English is mandatory; Professional use of MS Office tools (especially of Excel); Previous knowledge of the tools Power BI, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a plus.
