To contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist supporting the Strategic Marketing team in all aspects of market research and business intelligence activities, such as investigating, collecting, and reporting information. He/She reports to the Strategic Marketing Manager. Main duties and responsibilities: Collect and update information regarding market trends, competition, and new technologies. Analyze business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources. Maintain databases concerning market trends and field information to generate actionable insights and support recommendations. Create and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to recognize market patterns and formulate positions on technology trends. Perform market analysis to evaluate R&D Engineering Services market size and competitive scenarios. Develop a competitive intelligence database to support market understanding and identification of solutions. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including the design of related databases and outputs. Track key KPIs across the team to monitor strategic goals and accomplishments. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs from internal Financial BI reports and CRM reports. The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a similar field. 2-5 years of experience in a similar position within medium/large companies or consultancy firms. Ability to work in a multifunctional team context. Proactive approach and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. Professional use of MS Office tools (especially Excel); knowledge of Power BI or Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a plus. Location: Preferred Location: Teoresi's Headquarters in Turin, Italy.
