Posizione:**:As part of AFC BU, we are looking for a **Junior Analyst**.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse and deeply understand e-Solutions F2M business model.

Become fully conversant with the key value drivers and their interaction;

- Conduct analytical research and analysis on strategic trends / markets including benchmarking or best practices;

- Contribute to the strategic decisions and goal setting for future market/business acquisition and development;

- Support top management in M&A or other strategic initiatives;

- Work with the CFO and/or CEO to prepare presentations and KPIs both for internal and external reporting;

- Support reporting activities (monthly/quarterly) focusing on data analysis and impact on forecast and plan;

- Support in managing financial planning processes and defining annual operating plan in collaboration with controlling team, rolling financial forecasts and the underlying financial planning models;

- Support in "ad-hoc" analysis definition and reporting for Top Management;

- Prepare periodic management reporting / dashboards;

- Be proactive in supporting all activities of e-Solutions F2M that would benefit from business and financial analytics.

**Requisiti:**:**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree in Finance/Economics or similar experience;

- At least 2/3 years' experience as Analyst in a top leading company;

- Strong analytical attitude and attention to details;

- Capability to provide deep analysis and to translate data into business message;
