The ideal candidate will act as product specialist, ensuring that the products are correctly selected, priced and positioned and executes tactical initiatives to expand and defend Acer's market share and profit.

Deeply understand the customer needs, the market and the competition to keep the business on track and to respond proactively to a highly dynamic market.

Also identify the opportunities of the new products in the roadmap.

He/She will be fully responsible of the category's PL.

ResponsibilitiesEfficient product portfolio management with strong focus on product and pricing, based on market, customer and competitor knowledgeManage, calculate and budget projects within field of responsibilityDefine business potential and key opportunities using market data and competitive analysisActively contribute to the definition, management and control of financial business planStock and sellout managementDrive strategies to develop market share and achieve revenue targets as well as create brand awareness of product line-upPromotional plan definition and management with correct balance between market share and business profitabilityCoordination with Trade Marketing Marcom department to define product launch, actions throughout the products' life cycle and special eventsProduct training to internal Salesforce and Customers. Qualifications SkillsBachelor's degree with focus on business administration 2+ years business or product management or product sales experience2+ years of working experience in PC or IT marketStrategic thinking, financial orientationGood analytical skills and understanding of numbersKnowledge of PL LogicVery good knowledge of MS Office applicationsCommunication and presentation skillsIndependent well-structured working method as well as team working abilitiesResult-driven attitudeStrong project management skillsProblem-solving attitude and negotiation skillsFluent English level: spoken and written
