**Who you are**:

You have gained

**3-4 years** of work experience, preferably in management consulting or in a fast-growing startup.

You are structured, can set priorities and deliver on them, while also relying on your analytical mindset to make quick decisions.

You enjoy working in a matrix environment, partnering with other functions like marketing, sales, product management and tech team.

You are able to quickly move from strategy to execution and don't mind getting your hands dirty.

**What you will do**:

- Manage one or more brands with full responsibilities on its P&L and drive its growth

- Analyze and optimize business metrics, including conversions and AOV

- Draw the tactical and strategic roadmaps to scale the business

- Report key insights and metrics to the Group general manager, while also using him/her as sounding board

- Understand market trends, listen to the customers' needs to implement actions

- Work cross functionally with central teams to leverage on their expertise

- Lead a team of junior resources
