**Business Manager**:

TXT Group, a multinational company located in Italy, Europe and the United States which provides Business Critical Projects and Services in the IT market, is a rapidly growing and expanding group.

The recent setup of a Business Unit operating in the SW Quality Assurance has created a unit of about 200 people experts in the SW Testing and SW Test Automation areas.

In order to expand activities in Italy and abroad, Quence (which is the company in the group specialised in QA) is looking for new talents for the position of Business Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**:

Acting as a point of contact and maintain relationships with the assigned clients;

Understanding client needs and expectations and pursuing commercial and strategic opportunities;

Planning and organizing commercial visits to customers or prospects;

Defining and drafting commercial offers;

Developing relationships and partnerships with assigned clients;

Managing KPIs, and organizing project teams.

**Required Skills**:

Degree in scientific disciplines;

Experience in the consultancy sector;

Experience in business development, training, sales or management;

Fluency in spoken and written English; the knowledge of other languages will be a plus;

Good knowledge of the Office package;

Availability for business travels is required.
